Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tallyrun website and the interactive demo on it. Tallyrun is an AI automation studio operated by Mihail Kenarov, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Tallyrun provides here
This website is informational. It describes what we do and lets you try a live demonstration of an AI agent. Any actual engagement to design, build, or run an automation for you is a separate matter, governed by a written agreement between us — not by this site.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
The interactive demo
The live agent on this site is a demonstration. Its responses are generated by an AI model and are provided for illustration only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on them, and do not enter real client, medical, or otherwise sensitive information into the demo. See our Privacy Policy for how demo content is handled.
Intellectual property
The Tallyrun name, brand, site content, and design are owned by Tallyrun and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Using the site does not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer
The site and the demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallyrun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes relating to them are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
